Team Octopus is Atlanta’s premier mixed martial arts and fitness academy for training in Fitness Kickboxing, Crossfit, PureFit, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Kids’ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Team Octopus offers classes for all fitness levels and ages, with the goals of learning new skills and improving health. Many who attend classes are simply here for good fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while others are more serious about a career involving mixed martial arts.
